Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Minimum of 5yrs experience working within manufacturing environment. Thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
