Molding Process Engineer(Manufacturing Environment)Overview:Seeking a hands-on Injection Molding Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain molding processes. This role will partner with engineering and production to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:Develop and establish injection molding processes for new and existing moldsConduct mold trials, sampling, and pilot runsDocument processes, including scientific molding standardsCollaborate with engineering on new mold design and performance feedbackRecommend process improvements, automation, and equipment enhancementsDetermine labor requirements and support cost reduction initiativesMaintain process documentation, machine specs, and technical recordsTrain and support production teams on molding processes and best practicesPartner with leadership to evaluate and improve processing performanceQualifications:Strong experience in injection molding setup and processingKnowledge of scientific molding principlesAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)Experience with mold handling, storage, and injection molding equipmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environmentMust provide own toolsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing setting#INDDH
