This role includes managing schedules and calendars, coordinating appointments and errands, and helping organize personal and business tasks. The Assistant Manager will monitor deadlines, track ongoing projects, and ensure that priorities are handled efficiently and accurately. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with external contacts, preparing basic reports or summaries, and assisting with purchasing, budgeting, or simple record-keeping. The successful candidate will anticipate needs, propose practical solutions, and help create smooth, structured routines.Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and online collaboration or note-taking tools).Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive or confidential information.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.Prior experience in coordination, administration, or assistant/managerial roles is preferred but not required.Comfort working in an on-site, one-on-one environment with direct collaboration and feedback.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, administration, or related fields is beneficial.
