This role focuses on the tactical execution of the full life cycle recruitment process and the initiatives. The Associate will maintain candidate pipelines, and provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across all operating companies.The Successful Candidate will:Maintain 100% compliance with all applicable laws and company policies regarding recruitment and data privacy.Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional and timely communication throughout the application process.Assist in the execution of sourcing initiatives to identify qualified candidates and help maintain a healthy talent pipeline.Coordinate the logistics for career fairs, including registration, materials preparation, and attendance.Provide administrative support for the implementation of assessments, including sending invitations to participants and organizing results.Support the company's professional networking efforts by maintaining active profiles on recruitment platforms.Additional Recruiting & Talent Responsibilities:Post approved job descriptions to digital platforms and proactively search online resume banks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for potential matches.Manage the high-volume scheduling of phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person meetings for department managers.Conduct reference checks and facilitate the completion of all new-hire paperwork and background screenings.Serve as the "onboarding coordinator" to ensure new hires have necessary access, materials, and schedules for their first week; assist in setting up webinars and training meetings.Help prepare materials for welcoming new hires.continuous learning workshops and track employee participation in development programs.Gain exposure to traditional full-cycle recruiting functions-including interviewing and candidate evaluation-by providing hands on support as professional development opportunities arise.Build expertise in the business units served to provide accurate data for workforce planning and organizational development reports.Help field initial questions from new employees regarding career mapping and internal resources, escalating complex issues to the TA/TM Specialist.Qualifications:4-year college degree required.0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a high-volume sales/administrative environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on "service excellence."Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously.Quick study with the ability to learn recruitment software, ATS platforms, and assessment tools quickly.High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
