Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tucson, AZ, for a Doors, Frames, and Hardware Installer. The role involves the installation of commercial doors, door frames, and hardware, ensuring proper alignment and operation. Additional responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints or specifications, preparing materials for installation, using tools and equipment safely, and providing quality assurance through inspections. The role may also include troubleshooting and repairing existing equipment as needed. Qualifications Experience in installing doors, frames, and hardware with strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawingsProficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to the installation of doors, frames, and hardwareStrong problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues as they ariseGood physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials, such as doors and framesExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other team membersA valid driver’s license and reliable transportationPrevious experience in construction or a related field is preferred
