Lead CNC ProgrammerLocation: St. Francis, WI (Onsite)Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:00 PMCompensation is based on experience, $30-45/hrAbout The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Lead CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in precision machining and mold manufacturing. In this role, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision components while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining exceptional quality standards.If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment, solving machining challenges, and taking ownership of complex CNC projects, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoProgram, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.Manufacture precision mold components while maintaining tight tolerances.Load tooling and raw materials, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments as needed.Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.Maintain production records and machining documentation.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Technical training or CNC machining certification is a plus.5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with tight-tolerance precision components.Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.Proficiency using precision measuring instruments.Familiarity with G-code programming.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and dust.What We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysLife insuranceWellness programsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesStable, team-oriented manufacturing environmentQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
