EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) Intern

Position SummaryThe EPMO Summer Intern will support the Enterprise Project Management Office by assisting with project intake, project coordination, and entry-level business analysis activities. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IT project delivery. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with active projects, project intake requests, and governance processes while collaborating with project managers, business and technical teams across CoServ.Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Intake & Governance SupportAssist with project intake requests, including gathering initial information and organizing documentation.Support intake review meetings by preparing materials, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups.Maintain intake logs, dashboards, and status tracking tools.Project Support & CoordinationAssist Project Managers with project documentation, schedules, and status reports.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking.Maintain organized project repositories following EPMO standards.Entry-Level Business Analysis ActivitiesAssist with gathering and documenting business requirements.Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business processes and needs.Help document current-state and future-state processes.General EPMO SupportLearn and apply EPMO standards, templates, and tools.Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.Collaborate with EPMO team members on continuous improvement initiatives.Learning & Development OpportunitiesExposure to enterprise Project Management and Business Analysis practices.Hands-on experience with project intake, governance, and delivery processes.Collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams.Development of professional communication and documentation skills.Required QualificationsCurrently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and within a team.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
