This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate material movement, inventory handling, and process adherence across our facility. This job entails becoming a SME in all warehouse processes and being able to take on special projects onsite and other outside warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Materials, and Logistics.What You’ll DoUnder limited supervision, applies considerable warehouse knowledge to perform a broad range of tasks which include but are not limited to cycle counting, receiving, put-away, picking/packing, and preparing shipments materials for outbound deployments, and external/internal transfersHandle material movement across designated areas in line with process standardsUnderstand full flow of the materials within warehouse locations.Participate in physical inventories, and reconciliation of activities in coordination with Inventory Control Specialists.Ensure accurate transactions within the ERP system (NetSuite or equivalent)Follow established SOPs and escalate issues when necessaryAdhering to all workplace safety policies, reporting safety hazards, and following company regulations.Collaborate with the team to continuously improve warehouse processes and efficiencySupport documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements for high-value inventoryEnsure the business unit is always audit ready.Assist with training new personnel or cross-train existing personnel on all required warehouse processes.May be required to perform other duties as assigned.You3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.Experience in warehouse, logistics, and materials handling.Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software (NetSuite a plus).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and problem-solving aptitude.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced. environmentSalary Range InformationThis is an hourly role, eligible for overtime. The hourly rate for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
