Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Escondido, CA. In this position, the Technician will handle daily tasks, including tire repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance for a variety of vehicles. Responsibilities also include diagnosing tire-related issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining tools and equipment, and providing excellent customer service during on-site engagements. Attention to detail and problem-solving are key elements of the role. Qualifications Experience in tire repair, replacement, and installationAbility to inspect and diagnose tire-related issues effectivelyProficiency in operating tools and equipment used in tire maintenanceStrong understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance protocolsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environmentPhysical stamina and ability to handle equipment and lift heavy objectsA valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in automotive services are a plus
