Applications Developer - Java
Job TitleSkills Required • Years of Experience Required: 8 to 10 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, however a bachelors degree in the technical computer science related field is preferred. Disqualifiers: None. The ideal candidate would have previously worked on a multiplayer game infrastructure. Experience working on other games and their servers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the server infrastructure used across the entire Age portfolio. Implement new features, increase reliability, improve observability, improve security and automate where possible. Work with the client teams to create new features for the Age game clients. Work with the web and community teams to create new features for the website. Provide troubleshooting and timely resolution of system, network, and infrastructure problems. Top 3 Hard Skills Required Minimum 8 years experience with Java. Minimum 8 years experience with Server programming. Minimum 8 years experience working in the only setting doing java programming.
