Role Description As a Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level), you will support the collection, organization, and interpretation of data to help clients and internal stakeholders make informed decisions. This part-time remote role involves preparing datasets, performing basic data analysis, and contributing to dashboards and reports that highlight trends, patterns, and key metrics. You will assist in validating data quality, documenting processes, and summarizing findings in clear, concise formats for non-technical audiences. Working closely with senior analysts, you will learn best practices in analytics and contribute to ongoing projects while managing your tasks independently in a remote environment.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and foundational experience applying Data Analytics methods to interpret and summarize information.Basic understanding of Statistics and comfort working with quantitative data, including calculating and explaining descriptive measures.Ability to support simple Data Modeling tasks, such as organizing data structures and defining relationships between key variables.Clear written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to present insights in an accessible way to non-technical stakeholders.Comfort using spreadsheets and/or basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI or visualization tools) to organize and visualize data.Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and commitment to confidentiality and data ethics.Interest in HR, people analytics, or business insights, with a willingness to learn and grow in an entry-level analytics role.Preferred: coursework or degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
