Nursing Aide Position Seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Aide to support student health and wellness across K8 school settings. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, this role provides daily care to students, assists with minor medical needs, and helps maintain a safe, organized, and supportive school health environment.What You'll Do:Assist students with basic health needs under RN supervisionRecord and monitor temperatures, pulse, and other vital signs as directedSupport medication distribution and documentation per nurse instructionProvide care for minor injuries and illnesses following health protocolsMaintain accurate health records and assist with communication to families and staffKeep the nurse's office clean, organized, and compliant with health standardsEnsure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and school regulationsExperience You'll Need:High school diploma or GED requiredCNA or CMA certification preferredExperience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting strongly preferredStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsCompassionate, calm, and reliable when working with children and staffLocation: Paterson, New JerseyPay: Competitive Pay!
