Irrigation Inside Sales Support (CA)
Job Purpose
The Irrigation Inside Sales position is responsible for Backoffice support, assisting RSMs in the sales and warranty process, QN, product quotes, communicating product quality issues, forecasting Irrigation products, and working with Customer Service and planning regarding order entry and customer timelines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing Backoffice support to the irrigation market segment; performing marketing activities, Irrigation segment events; assisting in the training and launching of new and existing irrigation products; assisting RSMs with the QN, quoting and managing nonstandard product orders, and follow-up assisting Director of Sales in inventory forecasting seasonal management of products and parts. There are no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with The USA Irrigation Director of Sales to forecast irrigation products listed in the US price list quarterly.
Assist with scheduling and managing Sales meetings, Customer events and other marketing events
Coordinate marketing material, marketing needs for RSM and customers for all events with Mooresville and HQ Marketing departments
Work with HQ Marketing and Director of Sales for digital and contact marketing campaigns
Be the point person for the irrigation RSMs regarding all questions for orders, customer OC, Planning, and workflows for the RSM then direct all of these to customer service, Planning, and Operations and consistently follow up on these and communicate to customers and RSM’s
Coordinate the creation of new part numbers as needed and identified.
Manage Irrigation Division customer contact database, ZOHO CRM
Assist Director of Sales with Managing customer database, discounts, pricing files and communication with HQ.
Take on regular consistent tasks of Director of Sales.
Assist RSMs in gathering information and completing the QN process
Assist RSMs with the quoting process of nonstandard products.
SAP S/D experience an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Communicate and coordinate product issues, concerns, and trends to Amiad Mooresville and Israel quality control and product managers.
Administrative support for events, visits, tradeshows.
Assist with any crisis management issues as directed by DS
Education and Experience
4-year degree preferred
Self-motivated

Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
Knowledge of filtration technologies
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Effective listening skills
Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
Work Environment
Professional office environment and occasional manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, grinding, vapor, dust and lubricants
Physical, field work required including assembly and disassembly of filter parts of up to 30lbs
Expected to be proficient with a variety of computer programs; including MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
Must adhere to company safety policies and wear the required personal protective equipment as needed
Physical Demands
Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, crouch (bend at the knees), reach, stoop (bend at the waist), kneel, grasp, see, talk, hear and use hands to operate office equipment
May occasionally lift or move office products and supplies typically 10-30 pounds but up to 50 pounds
Travel
Regular to frequent travel required
