Customer Service Administrator
Customer Service Administrator Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor or General Manager, the Customer Service Administrator communicates directly with customers and performs all responsibilities necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepares various computer reports for both customer and internal use.
