This is an extremely fun environment with a high volume of interaction with tenants and vendors!!Responsibilities:Interfacing with tenantsCommunicating with the Event Manager to plan out events throughout the yearExecuting events with Event ManagerWorking with vendors for various events and ensuring successful servicesOverseeing amenity programs and encouraging tenants to participateOverseeing vendor projectsResponding to tenant concerns and inquiriesNotifying tenants of any building maintenance or changesAssisting in preparing financial reporting with ManagerParticipating in company meetingsCommunicating with vendorsResolving tenant concerns and providing solutionsMonitoring spending to budget to determine variancesCoding accounts payableFollowing up with tenants on late paymentsInnovating new ideas to increase tenant participationDesired Skills:Ability to work well with othersHigh level of customer service and hospitality skillsExtremely detailed and organizedRequired Skills:BA or BS degreeIntermediate to advanced MS Office skills1+ year of experience in commercial property managementPrior event coordination experience idealCompany DescriptionTORP Group is a recruitment firm that specializes in placing in: Property and Real Estate Management, Administrative Support, Accounting, Construction Project Management, and Project Coordination.
