About the RoleElevate is hiring Retail Event Managers and Supervisors to support in-stadium retail execution for FIFA World Cup 2026. This role focuses on delivering a seamless fan experience across multiple retail locations within stadium and arena environments.
You'll partner with stadium operations, logistics teams, and on-site staff to manage retail readiness, inventory flow, and live event execution throughout the tournament.
LocationsWe are hiring Manager and Supervisor roles to support FIFA World Cup 2026 operations. Each role is assigned to one host city:
Dallas
Houston
Philadelphia
Toronto
Vancouver
Each Manager or Supervisor role supports one designated host city. Multi-city coverage is not expected.
What You'll Be Responsible ForRetail Planning and CoordinationParticipate in site visits and operational planning sessions
Support development of retail layouts, merchandising plans, and staffing schedules
Coordinate with stadium teams on load-in, load-out, credentials, security, and compliance requirements
Communicate event-specific direction clearly to on-site staff and partners
Inventory and MerchandisingManage inventory allocation and replenishment across multiple in-venue retail points
Monitor real-time stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed
Ensure visual merchandising aligns with program and brand standards
Event ExecutionLead retail teams during live event days
Oversee POS setup, scanning accuracy, and product setup as needed
Resolve issues quickly during event operations
Maintain strong working relationships with stadium partners and vendors
Post-Event ResponsibilitiesSupport inventory reconciliation, transfers, and returns
Contribute to post-event reporting and operational reviews
Share recommendations for process or execution improvements
What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in retail, events, or hospitality operations
Willingness to travel as required
Authorized to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in fast-paced, crowded environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Availability for event days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Candidates must reside in or near the event location, or have reliable transportation and lodging for all scheduled shifts
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged for fan-facing roles
Must have prior retail experience
Work RequirementsOn-site role supporting FIFA World Cup stadium retail operations
Travel required for training and on-site event support, including overnight stays as needed
Full availability required during the tournament period, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Employment DetailsThis role is employed directly by Elevate, not by the client, venue, or FIFA
Employment with Elevate is at-will, meaning either the employee or Elevate may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause, subject to applicable law
This is a project-based role tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026 schedule and operational needs
CompensationManager roles in the USA: $1,800 per week
Supervisor roles in the USA: $1,200 per week
Manager roles in Toronto: $2,500 per week
Supervisor roles in Toronto: $1,300 per week
Manager roles in Vancouver: $2,300 per week
Supervisor roles in Vancouver: $1,200 per week
