They are currently seeking a Vice President for the Western Indiana Region to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational and financial management of the region, including project planning, execution, and business development. This executive leader will be expected to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents. Key responsibilities also include overseeing regional construction operations, monitoring profit projections, and managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Applicants for the Vice President position must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive construction industry experience, a Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, and OSHA 30 certification. The role requires extensive knowledge of the general construction industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and various construction processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues, develop business relationships, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling, and project management software is essential.
