Senior Full Desk Recruiter - Strategic Accounts

The Senior Full Desk Recruiter - Strategic Accounts will be focused on supporting a single, high-priority strategic client for the firm. You will operate as an extension of the client's talent acquisition function while maintaining an agency mindset - moving fast, prioritizing high-impact activity, and delivering measurable recruiting results against defined KPIs. Success in this role is driven by daily recruiting activity, disciplined follow-up, and consistent candidate flow.This position reports into our Manager of Strategic Accounts.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Execution & DeliveryManage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume and/or high-complexity requisition load tied to one strategic clientRun daily sourcing activity across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreachConduct high-volume, structured candidate screens aligned to client requirementsPresent qualified candidates quickly and consistently, meeting time-to-submit expectationsDrive candidates through interview, offer, and start with urgency and precisionClient PartnershipOwn intake calls and ongoing role calibration with hiring managers and client stakeholdersMaintain constant communication with the client on pipeline status, candidate quality, and hiring progressManage expectations, push back when needed, and keep roles moving forwardAct as the single point of accountability for recruiting delivery on the accountKPI & Activity ManagementExecute daily recruiting activity aligned to performance metrics, including:Submittals per weekInterview conversion ratesTime-to-submit and time-to-fillOffer acceptance ratesTrack and manage personal recruiting metrics and pipeline healthUse performance data to adjust sourcing strategy and prioritize requisitionsMeet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting targets Process, Systems & Follow-ThroughMaintain accurate, up-to-date data in the ATS and client systemsEnsure compliance with client SLAs, process requirements, and agency standardsDeliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-upIdentify breakdowns in process and proactively recommend solutionsRequirementsMinimum Education/Experience:Associate degree from two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years in staffing industryPreferred Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience - Concentration in business or related field preferred4+ years' experience in recruiting/staffingSkills Required:Leadership and management skillsHigh level of organization and planningTarget driven & motivatedCompetitiveProven sales recordGrowth mindsetExceptional written & oral communicationBalanced energy & work ethicHigh regard for ethical behaviorEntrepreneurial mindsetStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plansExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to drive business growth, meet targets, and manage financial performanceFTS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
