Benefit from mentorship and instruction provided by Senior Engineers in a supportive environment. Engage in client projects for two years, applying learned skills in real-world scenarios. Relocate anywhere in the continental United States for client assignments.What You'll Need Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States. Bachelor's degree. Programming experience (6+ months) from academic coursework, personal projects, or professional work, demonstrated on your resume, with recent activity within the last 3 months. A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in sectors like finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech, with no more than a 12-month gap. Passion for learning, strong logic and reasoning skills, clear communication, and a team-oriented mindset.What's On Offer Paid training at $600/week and a starting hourly pay rate of $24.04 - $28.85 upon assignment, equating to approximately $50k-$60k annually.
