This is a fantastic opportunity to lead enterprise-level architecture initiatives and drive strategic transformation across complex IT ecosystems.Overview: As a Lead Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable, integrated architectures that align with enterprise strategy and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performing, and future-ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of complex system architectures and integrationsDevelop scalable frameworks, tech stacks, and architectural standardsEnsure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, business objectives, and performance goalsProvide technical leadership across application development, integrations, and system designEvaluate and resolve architecture challenges and system design gapsDefine and enforce best practices, governance standards, and architecture patternsCollaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and enterprise architectsDrive innovation by researching emerging technologies and industry trendsLead technical evaluations, solution selection, and implementation strategiesPromote adoption of modern architecture practices across teamsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in IT / Solution Architecture rolesStrong experience designing large-scale, complex IT systemsExpertise in:Cloud platforms & distributed systemsMicroservices, SOA, APIs, and system integrationsArchitecture governance, standards, and SDLC methodologiesData warehousing, ETL processes, and data analysisStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilitiesPreferred Skills Experience with Master Data Management (MDM):Party & Product MDMData Quality (DQ) frameworks, APIs, dashboardsExperience in Cloud Application DevelopmentExposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, CISSP preferred)Hands-on experience in:Architecture lifecycle management (evaluation, implementation, modernization)Creating reference architectures, data models, and workflow diagramsAbility to lead end-to-end architecture initiatives across domainsSYSMIND LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
