Your Role: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical function, mobility, strength, and balance. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists—to provide comprehensive and cohesive patient care. Accurately document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Educate and empower patients and their families, providing strategies to enhance physical function and overall well-being. Mentor and guide physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff, ensuring the highest quality of care. What You Bring to the Table: A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana. A passing score on the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE). Experience in an APTA-accredited residency program is a plus. Current certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), COVID-19 certification, ASHA, CHT (Certified Hand Therapist), or ACP (Advanced Clinical Practice) are highly valued.
