Onsite | Irving, TXSalary Range: $85,000 – $90,000A leading North American risk management and third-party administration organization is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead a claims unit in its Irving, TX office. This is a hands-on leadership role for a supervisor who excels in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and enjoys developing claims professionals while delivering strong client outcomes. This position is fully onsite and requires consistent attendance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and support Claims Examiners and claims support staffOversee claims activity to ensure compliance with Texas workers' compensation regulations, client guidelines, and internal proceduresReview claim files, approve reserves (up to $250K) and payments (up to $10K)Manage staffing, caseload distribution, performance evaluations, and attendanceLead training on claims best practices, policy updates, and regulatory changesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, claimants, vendors, and internal partnersAddress escalated issues and ensure timely, professional resolutionPrepare and review client reports and participate in audits and client file reviewsCollaborate with leadership on client service initiatives and RFP supportRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED5+ years of supervisory experience in workers' compensation claimsStrong working knowledge of Texas workers' compensation statutesExperience leading claims teams in a high-volume environmentSolid understanding of medical terminologyPreferred QualificationsExperience with Texas public entity or school district claimsStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and lead teams with varied experience levelsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelProfessional, office-based setting using standard office equipmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
