Sales Manager
Sales Manager Sparks Group has partnered with a leading nationwide enterprise sustainable solutions integrator seeking a sales manager. If you have 5+ years of B@B experience and want to be responsible for driving revenue growth while leading and developing a sales team this is the ideal role for you. In this role you will actively manage strategic accounts, pursue new commercial opportunities, and build repeatable sales processes that support scalable growth.Responsibilities Carry and achieve an individual sales quotaDevelop and close commercial and multifamily opportunitiesBuild relationships with developers, property managers, GCs, and enterprise customersLead complex sales cycles involving access control, surveillance, security, and IoT solutionsDevelop proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiationsMaintain accurate pipeline forecastingManage and develop sales representativesSet team quotas and performance expectationsConduct pipeline reviews and weekly 1:1 meetingsProvide coaching on deal strategy and closing techniquesAssist in onboarding and training new sales team membersSupport hiring efforts as the team scalesEstablish and refine sales workflows and CRM disciplineDrive pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracyDevelop repeatable messaging and value propositionsCollaborate with Operations on project scoping and feasibilityQualifications/Background Profile 5+ years of B@B experienceDemonstrated history of achieving quotaExperience managing or mentoring sales team membersStrong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)Valid driver's licenseExperience selling technology-enabled solutions in commercial environmentsExisting network within developers, property managers, or general contractorsExperience in security, access control, IoT, or low-voltage systemsExperience managing both recurring revenue and project-based salesSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to provide two professional referencesExperience with network systems architecture and hardwareProficient with all current Microsoft Office productsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent required
