Lead Salesforce Developer (Agentforce & Data Cloud)

Position: Lead Salesforce FDE Engineer (Agentforce & Data Cloud 360)Location: Bellevue WA or Frisco TX (Hybrid)Long Term ContractSalesforce Functional Development Engineer (FDE) – Job DescriptionCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Design and configure scalable solutions across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, approval processes, security settings, reports, and dashboards.Partner with architects and developers to ensure business requirements are effectively implemented and aligned with Salesforce best practices.Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Support data migration, system integrations, release management, and production deployment activities.Critical Certifications RequiredMandatorySalesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Certified Business AnalystSalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderQualifications & Skills:Minimum of 14+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are strongly preferred.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities (both declarative and programmatic) and integration capabilities.Superior knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team.Hands-on experience working with AgentforceHands-on experience working with Data Cloud
