If you’re driven, dependable, and ready to represent a respected name in the industry, we want to meet you.Position OverviewWarner Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Our technicians play a key role in identifying system improvements and upholding the standards that define our company.ResponsibilitiesInspect HVAC systems and components—including AC units, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems—to assess condition, identify repairs, and recommend preventive maintenance.Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial buildings.Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a wide range of HVAC equipment.Ensure all systems and procedures comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.Evaluate electrical wiring, thermostats, and distribution systems for issues.Perform emergency repairs efficiently and professionally.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Document all service and installation activities through detailed forms, reports, and logs.Manage inventory by ordering and maintaining necessary equipment and supplies.Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.RequirementsProven dependability and support for company policies; demonstrated leadership qualities.Minimum of one year of experience with HVAC and plumbing systems.Proficiency with tools such as blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.Ability to read and interpret schematics, architectural drawings, and mechanical plans.Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and process system terminology.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, plans, and supervisor direction.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.Self‑motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Company: Warner Mechanical, a Division of R.W.
