Estate Planning Specialist | Tampa, FLSeeking an experienced Estate Planning Specialist to join the financial planning team. In this role, the candidate will help high-net-worth clients understand their existing estate plans, identify gaps, and explore strategies to achieve their long-term goals.This is a client-facing position focused on education and analysis (non-legal advice), working closely with internal partners across financial planning, investments, and tax.Key ResponsibilitiesReview estate documents (Wills, Trusts, POAs, etc.) to identify risks and opportunitiesPartner directly with clients to gather and analyze estate planning informationEducate clients on estate planning concepts and strategiesCollaborate with Financial Planners, Investment Counselors, and Tax ManagersManage ongoing client and internal communicationsQualifications and Experience5+ years in estate/trust planningExperience with complex, high-net-worth estatesBackground as attorney, estate planner, law clerk, or legal assistant preferredStrong communication skills and ability to build trust quicklyGreat benefits including paid caregiver leave and $10K fertility benefit.
