Ideal for students, retirees, or anyone looking to supplement income Work up to 5 days a week, 1.5 to 3 hours a day Earn $22 to $28 per hour ($33 to $84 per day) Guaranteed bonus and raise within 3 months with a passing performance review Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Lessons: Put your spin on our ready-to-teach curricula so that students are actively participating and learning. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, addressing any behavioral issues promptly and effectively. Preparation and Planning: Set UP for success with our thorough training modules (we pay for your time). Lesson plans and materials are prepared for you! Communication: Maintain regular communication with Level UP management regarding scheduling and any class updates. We are here so you can thrive. Professional Development: Participate in seasonal team trainings to exchange teaching skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and curriculum changes. Qualifications: A ROCKSTAR attitude, especially with students K-5th grade Adaptable (at a basic level) to various physical activities, including basketball, tennis, and classic P.E. games like freeze tag Passion for teaching and a love of learning Reliable transportation and a cell phone Availability between 12:00 - 5:00 pm on weekdays, at least 3 days a week Ability to pass a TB test and background check upon hiring Authorization to work in the U.S. Job Details: Job Type: Part-time, supplemental income Hours: 4.5-12 hours per week, with potential for more based on consistency Perks: Accrued sick leave 401(k) with matching (after 1 year) Seasonal bonuses Semi-annual performance reviews with a guaranteed raise for passing Gas reimbursement* Paid time between classes* *Limitations apply Apply Today!
