Role OverviewTheSolutions Engineer’sprimary role is to serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers. In this function, you will play a crucial role in the customers’ pre-sales journey by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit. This is an exciting role for those who are technically curious and passionate about building AI-powered solutions for the SDLC. What you will do:Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutionsDrive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platformHelp in responding to security questionnairesHabitually provide feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to address customer issues with a focus on improving the product experienceStay abreast with industry trends, and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platformsContribute towards improvement of internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practicesSupport transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experienceWhat you will bring:2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical rolePassionate and hands on when it comes to helping customers realize success on the CodeRabbit platformStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneouslyWorking experience with software development tools and platformsComfortable working with commandlineKnowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills solve new problemsWillingness to uplevel the knowledge and skills of your peers through mentorship, trainings and shadowingBonus Points for:Experience in container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernenetes), infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform), CI/CD tools (e.g. Github Actions)#J-18808-Ljbffr
