We do the LIGHT thing.TM*Job Overview*We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Customer Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a "roll up your sleeves" role where you will deliver exceptional technical support to our customers by troubleshooting product installation issues and ensuring seamless product functionality.*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*Field, diagnose and resolve technical questions from electricians, consumers, sales reps and customer service reps.Test and evaluate new products.
