This company focuses across a variety of therapeutic areas and have undergone countless IND Submissions.Responsibilities:Independently author any clinical and regulatory documentsProvide strategic input into programs and therapeutic area plans, including defining the direction of the clinical development program or regulatory strategiesManage resource plans for projects within their oversight ensuring appropriate staff are available to meet program goalsProvide coaching and mentorship for junior staff membersPlan strategically, anticipates problems, and recommend process improvements to address current and future needsProvide expert review of policies and procedures for the departmentInnovate and leads process improvements with high cross-functional impact
