Known in the market for their quality of work, strong safety culture, and high client retention, they’ve built a reputation as a reliable and solutions-driven contractor across the state.With site development projects ranging from $1M to $30M+ across commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors, they are continuing to scale and are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery across their growing portfolio.The RoleThe leadership team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site development and excavation projects from $1M to $40M+ across Pennsylvania. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from award through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeoutOversee site development scopes including earthwork, grading, excavation, and underground utilitiesCoordinate field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers across active projectsTrack project costs, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performanceLead client communication and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholdersIdentify risks and proactively solve problems to keep projects on trackSupport preconstruction efforts including scope review, budgeting, and execution planningEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specificationsMentor and support Project Engineers and junior staffQualifications5+ years of experience in heavy civil, site development, or excavationProven experience delivering projects in the $1M – $30M rangeStrong understanding of Sitework construction, Project scheduling and sequencing &# Cost control and project financials.Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specificationsExperience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractorsStrong communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredBenefitsCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonusMedical, dental, vision401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to join a growing contractor with strong leadership and cultureHigh level of project ownership and career progressionIf you or anyone in your network is interested apply below or email lewis.hyman@ge-partners.co.uk
