A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist - Remote (RN - Vizient Experience). Key Responsibilities Facilitates and clarifies clinical documentation for accuracy and integrity in medical records Conducts concurrent inpatient medical record reviews and collaborates with physicians for documentation clarification Educates medical staff on clinical documentation opportunities and tracks outcomes in CDI software Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree must be obtained within 5 years of employment Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required 1-3 years of relevant experience required Specialized certifications (CCDS, CDIP, or CCS) preferred
