In this traveler role, you will function as a key bedside clinician in critical care settings such as PICU, step-down, and high-acuity inpatient units, delivering evidence-based nursing care to children with complex, unstable, or rapidly changing conditions. You will perform comprehensive assessments, interpret vital signs and hemodynamic data, administer medications and titrate infusions, manage ventilators and other life-support equipment per protocol, and collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
