Working under the supervision of the Director of Early College, this position plays an important role in supporting concurrent and dual enrollment students through the admissions and enrollment process while serving as a key connection between Mohave College and K-12 partners throughout the region.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping students succeed, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and providing exceptional customer service to students, families, school partners, and campus departments. (for eligible positions)PTO120 hours per year - Staff18 hours per year - 9-Month Faculty35 hours per year - 12-Month FacultyPaid Holidays21 days - Staff26 days - 9-month Faculty39 days - 12-Month FacultySick Leave- 40 hours per yearASRS (Arizona State Retirement System)Tuition Voucher (to use towards Mohave courses)Summer hours - 4-day work weekWork Life Balance ScheduleTrack and strategically follow up on prospective inquiries and students.Assist prospective students by providing detailed information about application procedures, admission requirements, college programs, and campus processes, particularly for concurrent and dual enrollment.Review and process admission applications, including all documentation necessary to determine residency requirements, ensuring completeness and accuracy in adherence to institutional policies and standards.Collect and verify documents from K-12 institutions to facilitate the admissions process and concurrent and dual enrollment registration.Evaluate placement guidelines to ensure appropriate course placement for incoming students.Schedule and administer placement testing, if applicable.Assist with scheduling program presentations and track participant attendance.Process and maintain accurate and detailed records and documents; prepare student records and associated correspondence; perform data entry, document imaging, and retrieve information from databases while verifying the completeness and accuracy of the information submitted.Respond promptly to inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, in-person) to address concerns and provide accurate information regarding the application and enrollment processes.Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a smooth transition for admitted students.Participate in the enrollment management planning process and assist students with the enrollment process.Attend meetings and serve on committees as assigned.Handle highly sensitive information and confidential records and materials in compliance with state and federal regulations.Adhere to college, federal, and state administrative procedures, guidelines, initiatives, and directives to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations affecting college operations.This position serves as a front-line representative for students and requires a consistent in-person presence to effectively support student engagement, services, and program delivery.Regular travel between campuses is required to support placement testing, events, orientations, trainings, team-building activities, and other program needs.
