Registered Behavioral Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support students on the autism spectrum in a collaborative, school-based environment. This role partners closely with BCBAs, educators, and therapeutic staff to implement behavior plans, collect and analyze data, and support skill acquisition and pro-social development across classroom settings. This is a hands-on role for a behavioral professional who values teamwork, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and making a meaningful impact on students’ daily lives.Responsibilities Clinical SupportImplement and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervisionReview and follow individualized behavior goals and programmingAssist with observations, assessments, and ongoing behavior data collectionSupport teachers and staff with data collection and behavior trackingAssist in analyzing data and identifying reinforcement strategiesStaff Support & TrainingModel behavioral interventions and support strategies across environmentsHelp staff understand behavior functions and individualized approachesSupport de-escalation and co-regulation strategiesProvide feedback and guidance on intervention effectivenessCollaborationWork as part of a team alongside SLPs, OTs, and specialty teachersCollaborate daily with classroom teachers and learning support staff to align behavioral and instructional goalsQualificationsActive RBT or BCaBA certification (BACB)4+ years of experience providing behavioral support and social skills trainingAssociate’s degree or higher in child development, education, psychology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of autism spectrum differences, including sensory processing and communication stylesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Valid California driver’s license
