Production Utility Worker

Material Sciences Corporation (MSC) is an award-winning provider of metal solutions for a wide array of markets, including: automotive, consumer goods and construction. Our state-of-the-art Walbridge, Ohio facility has an immediate opening for a full-time Production Utility to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated candidate that is a fast learner with the ability to multitask. ***Must be willing to work all shifts (Nights, Afternoons & Days) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Able to learn and efficiently work multiple production roles within the plant. Works well in a fast-paced environment. Must perform all duties in a safe manner. Should have strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think “on the fly”. Must be able to work at heights when necessary. Ability to work with people from all levels of the company. Performs special projects and other duties as directed. EDUCATION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must possess good communication skills. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check. Past industrial experience in the paint, chemical or metal manufacturing environment is a plus. Willing and able to work any shift and overtime to meet production needs.
