This role requires strong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse architecture, data engineering, and governance frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end Databricks architecture including Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, security, and networkingTranslate business and data requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutionsDesign and implement data ingestion frameworks and Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)Drive architectural decisions across ETL/ELT, streaming, analytics, and ML workloadsDefine and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standardsAct as technical SPOC for stakeholders and Databricks platform teamsReview and approve architecture, code, and deployment strategiesMentor and guide Lead/Senior Engineers on best practices and standardsRequired SkillsStrong experience with Databricks platformExpertise in Apache Spark (PySpark / Scala / Spark SQL)Deep knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse architectureHands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworksExperience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Strong understanding of data security, governance, and networkingProven experience in solution architecture and stakeholder management
