The Shuttle Bus Driver will be responsible for safely operating shuttle buses to transport passengers, adhering to schedules and routes, and maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and general upkeep. Additionally, the role involves ensuring passenger safety, providing courteous customer service, and complying with all traffic laws and company policies.QualificationsExperience in Bus operation Strong knowledge and practice of Defensive Driving techniquesCompletion of Driver Training programs and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordCustomer Service skills to provide a positive experience for passengersAbility to manage time effectively and adhere to schedulesPhysical ability to perform vehicle inspections and assist passengers as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredFamiliarity with Richardson, TX roadways and transit routes is a plus
