In this role, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring, specialized interventions, and supporting complex care plans tailored to each patient's needs. The ideal candidate is experienced in neonatal or cardiac critical care, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering compassionate care while supporting both patients and their families throughout the treatment process.Pay Rates Full-Time: $45 - $55/hour Per-Diem: $60 - $70/hourKey Responsibilities Provide direct care to neonatal and cardiac ICU patients Monitor ventilators, infusion pumps, and life support systems Administer medications and specialized treatments Collaborate with neonatologists, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams Educate and support families during critical care treatment Document patient care accurately and in compliance with standardsAdditional Expectations Deliver compassionate, family-centered care Demonstrate attention to detail in high-risk situations Maintain adherence to safety and clinical protocolsRequirements Active RN license (state-specific or compact) BSN Required Magnet-ready experience preferred BLS required; NRP preferred Minimum 1-2 years of NICU/CNICU experienceBenefits (Full-Time) Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options Flexible scheduling Ongoing recruiter and clinical supportApply Today!
