THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Director of Revenue and Guest Experience to lead and elevate Cuvée’s sales function. This is not a traditional sales management role. This individual will serve as both a sales leader and revenue operator, responsible for driving performance, instilling discipline, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience from initial inquiry through booking and the post-stay guest lifecycle.The ideal candidate thrives in a high-expectation environment, understands the nuances of high-value client relationships, and brings a structured, metrics-driven, high touch approach to sales leadership.The Director of Revenue and Guest Experience will be responsible for the following: KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and drive revenue performance across direct, digital, travel advisor and B2B channelsEstablish and enforce pipeline discipline, including response time standards, follow-up cadence, and conversion trackingLead, coach, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals to clearly defined performance metricsPersonally engage in and support high-value client opportunities to drive conversionAnalyze pipeline health, lost opportunities, and conversion data to continuously refine sales strategyPartner closely with marketing and guest experience teams to align lead generation, positioning, and client journeyIdentify and prioritize high-value client segments and referral channels to drive incremental revenueRepresent the Cuvée brand with discretion and professionalism in high-touch client and partner environmentsCANDIDATE PROFILE (Non-Negotiable)Proven experience closing high-value transactions ($25K–$400K+)Background in ultra-luxury or high-touch sales environments (e.g., luxury travel, private aviation, yacht experiences, concierge services, luxury real estate, or similar)Demonstrated success leading and improving sales team performanceStrong operational mindset with experience implementing sales processes, KPIs, and accountability structuresExperience managing a pipeline and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) with precisionWHAT SETS YOU APARTYou bring calm authority and lead with clarity, consistency, and accountabilityYou are highly detail-oriented and do not allow opportunities to stall or be lost due to lack of follow-throughYou understand that in ultra-luxury environments, speed, personalization, and precision are critical to conversionYou are equally comfortable operating at both a strategic and executional levelSUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS:Full visibility into pipeline, lead flow, and conversion metricsImplementation of a consistent sales operating cadence (daily and weekly accountability)Measurable improvement in lead response time and follow-up consistencyEarly progress in conversion rate and revenue performanceFull integration of marketing into the sales lifecycle through all verticals (direct, digital, travel advisor and B2B)Learn more about Cuvée at our website, www.cuvee.com Salary: Total Compensation (base + commission + bonus) commensurate with experience - $160,000 to $250,000.
