Our employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, family-care status, veteran status, marital status, civil union status, domestic partnership status, military service, handicap or disability or history of handicap or disability, genetic information, atypical hereditary cellular or blood trait, union affiliation, affectional or sexual orientation or preference, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, except where such considerations are bona fide occupational qualifications permitted by law.A little about us...Role: Accessibility Test EngineerLocation: Seattle, WAFull timeKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test frameworks for complex projects.Lead end-to-end testing activities across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automation frameworks.Ensure product compliance with Accessibility Standards (ADA/WCAG 2.1) through testing using tools such as NVDA and JAWS.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment.Drive quality metrics, test reporting, and continuous process improvements.Mentor QA team members and promote QA best practices across the organization.Support release validation and quality gates within the software delivery lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications8–12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.Strong expertise in:End-to-End TestingTest Strategy & Test PlanningManual TestingUI Automation (Java + Selenium preferred)API Automation using REST Assured and/or PostmanAccessibility Testing (ADA, WCAG 2.1, NVDA, JAWS)Agile/Scrum MethodologiesDefect Management Tools (JIRA, ALM)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveExperience within Banking or Financial Services domains.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.Experience with Git and version control practices.Prior experience in team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.LTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
