Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a welcoming office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone callsManage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesSchedule appointments, meetings, and conference roomsMaintain visitor logs and issue badges as requiredProvide basic administrative support (data entry, filing, email correspondence)Coordinate with internal teams for office-related needsAssist with office supplies inventory and orderingRequired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel)
