Energy and Utility Consulting Director

We are looking for a skilled and seasoned Energy and Utility Consulting Director to oversee impactful initiatives and customer interactions in the energy and utility industry. This executive position involves strategic guidance, client management, and team building. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in one or more of the following service areas:Transmission StrategyModernizing Grids & Distribution PlanningAssessing Resources & MarketsFinancial Analysis & Rate Design for UtilitiesPlanning Capital Investments & AssetsIntegrating Renewable EnergyAdvising on Energy AssetsDeveloping Zero-Emissions Transport PlansYou will drive the success of consulting projects from start to finish, lead diverse teams, manage client relationships, and achieve exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesLead & Implement Projects: Direct all aspects of consulting projects including strategy, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder communication.Engage with Customers: Act as a dependable consultant for utility clients, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions that align with business objectives.Facilitate Strategy: Conduct workshops and meetings with senior clients to set priorities, build consensus, and create actionable plans.Promote Innovation: Anticipate obstacles and provide innovative, data-driven solutions.Manage Teams: Establish, mentor, and supervise diverse consulting teams. Offer feedback, training, and resource planning.Supervise Financials & Contracts: Monitor contracts, vendor agreements, scope, and budgets.
