We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead overnight operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive safety, quality, and production excellence in a fast-paced injection molding environment.If you thrive on leading people, solving problems, and making an impact on the manufacturing floor, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do✅ Lead and coordinate nightly production operations to achieve safety, quality, and throughput goals✅ Supervise, coach, train, and develop production personnel✅ Drive accountability and engagement across large production teams✅ Support troubleshooting efforts on molding machines, molds, and production equipment to minimize downtime✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and 5S initiatives✅ Manage employee performance, onboarding, corrective actions, and workforce development✅ Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes✅ Maintain accurate production reporting and shift documentationWhat We're Looking For✔ 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (experience leading 80–100+ employees strongly preferred)✔ Plastic injection molding experience highly preferred✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities✔ Proven ability to motivate teams and drive production performance✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills✔ High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems✔ Willingness to obtain forklift certificationWhy Join Us?⭐ Competitive salary plus annual bonus opportunity⭐ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid parental leave, and more⭐ Stable, growing manufacturing environment⭐ Career advancement opportunities and leadership development⭐ Collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and employee success📲 Interested?
