Soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires)Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature.Ability to complete assembly of complex, small assemblies with a high level of quality and efficiency.Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety proceduresBuilds wiring harness, solders and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electro-optical subassemblies.Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructionsWork with RTV, epoxy, and other bonds/adhesivesFollows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align partsUses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenchesMaintains consistent quality and productivity levelsContinuously performs visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assemblyPerforms job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and proceduresReport deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervalsUses Microsoft Office programsIdentifies problems and contributes to process improvementsWorks as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasksSupport group objectives for on-time deliveryVerify use of most updated proceduresFollow industry standard or practice for 6SCrimping cables with a wide range of tools (ex.
