Afterschool Program Staff Member

TSL Daycare Services is in search of energetic, reliable staff for our after-school program in Albany, NY. Our after-school program is open to K-6 children, Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-6:00pm. Responsibilities: Accurately complete all required paperwork and participate in staff meetings and trainings. Engage with children in planned activities throughout the afternoon Help assist the program director in maintaining TSL rules and expectations Motivate kids by using positive behavior incentives Develop relationships with kids and parents Communicate with parents regularly regarding child's experiences.
