Endeavor Health, the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our established and growing Division of Ophthalmology.
This is a unique opportunity to develop a high-volume glaucoma practice within the largest multispecialty ophthalmology group on Chicago's North Shore, supported by a strong internal referral network, modern infrastructure, and a collaborative physician-led environment.

Position Details
Role: Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Ophthalmologist (Board Certified/Eligible)
Locations: Skokie, Gurnee, and Glenbrook Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, 40 clinical hours per week, 46 weeks per year
Practice model: Physician-led, integrated medical group within a nationally recognized health system
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school
Licensure: Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois
Certification: Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range: $300,000 - $528,000, based on experience, subspecialty training, and productivity
