Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associates play a key role in the daily operation of the Distribution Center, ensuring merchandise is received, stocked, picked, packed and shipped accurately and efficiently to 100+ retail stores. This is a hands-on position that supports both Inbound (receiving, put-away) and Outbound (picking, packing, shipping) operations, as well as quality control tasks as assigned. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders form stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. REPORTS TO Sr. Distribution Center Manager LOCATION Benbrook, Texas KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inbound (Receiving & Put-away)Unload and inspect incoming shipmentsVerify product quantities and conditions against purchase ordersLabel and scan inventory using RF devicesPlace goods in designated warehouse storage locations Outbound (Picking, Packing & Shipping)Accurately pick items from storage using handheld scannersPack and label cartons for store deliveryPrepare shipments according to delivery schedule and loading plansStage completed orders on outbound dock per route or store Quality Control & HousekeepingCheck items for damage, mislabeling, or order errorsFollow all safety and cleanliness standards in assigned areasReport inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma/GED preferred6+ months of warehouse, stocking, or distribution experience preferredMust be comfortable using RF scanners and other handheld inventory tracking technology; experience with this is a strong plusMust be able to bend, walk/stand for 8 hours or more and lift 30-50 Ilb.Some exposure to dusty and dirty work conditionsSome exposure to storing hazardous materialsGeneral math and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with warehouse safety practicesWillingness to learn multiple functions and cross trainReliable transportation, attendance and punctuality KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESCommunicate clearly and proactively with teammates to ensure timely completion of duties.
