This role focuses on general building maintenance with a specific emphasis on concrete placement and grounds care. We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid foundation in concrete work who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **Concrete Support:** Perform site preparation, build and set forms, and lay rebar or reinforcement. **Pouring and Finishing:** Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various structures including floors, ramps, sidewalks, and patios. **General Maintenance:** Complete routine building repairs and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a high-quality facility environment. **Safety and Standards:** Maintain strict adherence to **OSHA** and **EPA** regulations to ensure a safe workspace for everyone. **Tool Operation:** Safely use various hardware tools, power equipment, and machinery (forklift) to complete assigned projects.### **Qualifications and Requirements** **Experience:** Previous hands-on experience in concrete work (forming, pouring, or finishing) is **required**. **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift up to **75 lbs** and work comfortably in standing, kneeling, or stooping positions. **Licensing:** Must have a **Valid Driver's License** and a clean driving record. **Skills:** Proficient with common power tools and general maintenance equipment. **Education:** High School Diploma or GED equivalent; ability to operate a forklift is a plus. **Availability:** Standard full-time schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed for specific projects.### **About RandR Solutions**Founded in 1997 in Gravette, AR, RandR Solutions has evolved from a packaging and logistics company into a premier, client-focused solutions provider.
