This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in business development, market research, analytics, AI tools, and enterprise technology solutions.The ideal candidate will support lead generation, market analysis, proposal management, and CRM operations while leveraging AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to support business growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research prospective clients, business opportunities, and contract requirements through LinkedIn, procurement portals, industry databases, and partner networks. Support lead qualification, account research, and outbound business development activities for IT services, LMS, AI/ML, ERP, and managed-services offerings. Maintain and update CRM systems, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline data, and workflow activities using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, or Dynamics 365. Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, capability presentations, and business development documentation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, client pain points, and potential growth opportunities. Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and business metrics. Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to generate actionable business insights. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Microsoft Copilot for research, content drafting, automation, and productivity enhancement. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending automation-based solutions. Assist in EdTech and corporate learning business initiatives by supporting outreach to universities, training institutes, and enterprise learning teams. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Recent graduates and candidates with 0 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of business development, sales processes, market research, or analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 is an added advantage. Knowledge or exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, or Microsoft Copilot.
